2. Purpose of the Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) define the terms under which Noovz provides its services to professionals, specifically intervention reports, quotes, maintenance certificates, and other digital tools for managing artisan activities.

3. Services Offered

Noovz provides artisans with a digital platform to simplify the management of the following tasks:

• Classic Intervention Reports: Created and signed online, automatically sent to the client.

• Boiler/Air Conditioning Maintenance Certificates: Generated and automatically sent to the client.

• Leak Detection Reports: Created and automatically sent to the client.

• Customised Quotes: Add photos for your quotations and send automatically to the client.

• All-in-One Subscription: Access to all services offered by Noovz for a monthly fee.
  
  

4. Conditions of Access to Services

To access Noovz services, users must create an account on the platform by providing accurate and complete information. Users agree to keep their data up to date and notify Noovz of any changes.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

The prices of the services offered by Noovz are as listed on the platform at the time of subscription:

Payments are made via credit card through the secure payment system integrated into the platform. The total amount for services will be debited from the user's credit card upon order or subscription.

6. Duration and Termination

The platform subscription is on a monthly basis and is automatically renewed. Users may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days' notice by sending a cancellation request via email or through their personal account.

In case of non-payment or non-compliance with these T&Cs, Noovz reserves the right to suspend access to services until the outstanding amount is fully settled.

7. Responsibilities of Noovz

Noovz commits to diligently providing its services and using all necessary means to ensure proper functioning. However, Noovz cannot be held responsible in the following cases:

• Failures or technical issues beyond its control (e.g., telecommunication or server infrastructure issues).

• Incorrect use of the services by the user.

• Incidents resulting from erroneous data provided by the user.
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, images, logos, software, etc.) on the Noovz platform is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without express permission from Noovz.

9. Personal Data Protection

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Noovz is committed to respecting the confidentiality of its users' personal data. The information collected is used solely for the provision of services and is not shared with third parties except as required by law. 10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If no amicable solution is reached, the competent court will be that of Noovz's registered office, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
